Where: Lombard Glen Golf & Country Club, Smiths Falls, Ontario
When: August 29 (Rain Date August 30)
Sign up by: July 31, 2009
Cost: $80, includes golf, cart, dinner, prizes. Also available will be a 50/50 draw and silent
auction. If you want to come for dinner only, it is just $20.
Other: You can sponsor a hole for $50 and have your name placed at the hole
